Shipping and Return Policy


Shipping and Processing.

  • Orders are generally shipped in 1 to 3 business days.
  • Custom orders may take up to 7 business days to process and ship.
  • Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs for expedited delivery. Please contact the shop if you require expedited shipping.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Grateful Heart Marketplace is not responsible for delivery delays.



  • We gladly accept returns if you are not happy with the item. Contact the shop within 7 days of delivery. Return item within 14 days of delivery. Refund will be made after receipt of the item.
  • We do not accept cancellations. Please contact our shop if you have any problems with your order.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized orders. We will send photos of custom orders for Buyer approval prior to shipping.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
